Where are they located?
Our headquarters are located at Hernández Álvarez 319, Col. San Juan de Dios, León, Guanajuato, Mexico 37004, however we ship all over Mexico.
What are your payment methods?
We currently have payment through PayPal and Mercado Pago through which you can pay with a debit or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, VISA), cash payment through participating stores such as Oxxo, Seven Eleven, among others, or bank deposit or transfer.
Do you have points of sale?
We do not currently have any points of sale, however we do have 1 logistics center located in León Guanajuato from where our shipments are made.
Shipping times?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days for Mexico. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please feel free to email us to check the status of your order.
Please note that we receive a considerable number of orders every day, so we are working on our internal processes to improve our logistics and provide you with the best possible service. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems and we will gladly resolve them.
Refund and replacement policy?
If you received a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us immediately to offer a solution. In the event that FABRICA DE CALZADO GAMA SA DE CV has made a mistake, we will be happy to replace the item for you, or provide a partial refund, you will only have to return the flawless item.
In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly cover the cost of the return guide. In the event that the customer has changed his mind and wants to return the item, the cost of the return guide will be at his expense.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost on certain products if it meets the following criteria:
- After 10 business days without movement.

Cancellations?
After placing an order. You can request a cancellation before 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME on the same day. Otherwise, you must wait until the package arrives at your shipping address. Please be sure to read our descriptions and processing times carefully.
International Shipping?
- At this time we only ship to Mexico
- We are currently working on international shipping.
