Order tracking

You can easily check the status of your orders on our website. You must first log in to your account and then you can see the status of your orders in the order history.

If you are a registered user, log in with the email and password you registered. In "Order History" you will see all the purchases you have made in the past. By clicking on the order number, you will see the details and status of that order.

If you are a user who purchased as a guest, you will have to contact our customer service directly so that we can check the status of your order. If you do not have your order number at hand, you can find it in the confirmation email of your purchase. Then click on "View status" and you will see the details and status of that order.

You will find the tracking number in the order details. If you want to know exactly where your merchandise is, copy and paste the tracking number on the page of the courier through which your shipment was made, under the "Track a shipment" section and there you will be able to see the details of the shipment. You can also find the link to track your order in the confirmation email of your purchase.

If you have requested that your order be delivered to a shared address, such as a workplace, an apartment building, a group of houses, etc., you authorize us to deliver your products to the reception or parcel area. You can track your order on the page of the parcel service where your shipment was made, and check the name of the person to whom it was delivered.

Depending on the number of items in your order, these may be shipped in separate packaging (this does not entail additional costs), so you will have to track them separately. You can check the status of the shipment with the corresponding tracking number, which you can obtain in the order history and you can consult it on the parcel service page.
